The Enquirer • July 21, 2010

A 32-year-old Battle Creek man is dead this morning
after being shot by a city police officer.

Lt. Duane Knight, supervisor of the investigations
bureau of the Battle Creek Police Department said the
shooting was just before 5 a.m. on Oak Hill Drive
